This system can be used very flexibly and moved effortlessly from one machine to another on the shop floor. Loading and unloading of machines is done from a mobile product cart with an interchangeable grid blade. Thanks to the landmark on the mobile product cart, the Techman robot can determine the position of the cart within seconds and flawlessly pick up the products on the cart. Chemical anchoring in the ground and aligning a product cart to the robot is a thing of the past thanks to the vision system.
The unit is also equipped with control valves and relays, which makes it easy to control product grippers, machine clamps or automatic doors.
The operator easily executes the commands on a 12" touch screen with moisture resistant keyboard.
Kuunderstable
The Techman stand developed by Kuunders is equipped with a height adjustable pillar on which all types of Techman robots can be mounted. The pillar can be mounted in three different positions.
The table top is equipped with a tapped hole pattern (M8) that allows for a quick and easy robust application.
There is also a recess in the base plate for the controller. All wiring can be neatly concealed on the inside, giving your application a very professional look.
Directly next to the controller is a plate for the attachment of, for example, a valve island.
The dimensions (LxWxH) are 100 x 77 x 80 cm. The stand therefore does not take up more space than a pallet. The stand is standard equipped with adjustable legs and can therefore easily be moved using a pallet truck. You can also choose a table with industrial wheels, making the table even easier to move.
