In this video, we demonstrate the TM robot with a screw application. The collaborative robot (cobot) is equipped with an ETF SL21 screw tool and PF6000 controller from Atlas Copco. In this setting, an Asycube 240 feeder is placed next to the cobot. This provides a total package that allows the cobot to automatically detect and pick up a screw in the Asycube 240. Using a pre-programmed pattern or using the standard integrated vision, the cobot is able to turn the screw in and/or out at the exact location.
